Welcome to my blog and favorite place, other than the gym, to escape to.  My goal with this blog is build an online library, or portal, that aspiring strength enthusiasts can come to for the most current and valid knowledge on a number of strength topics.  There’s too much riff raff out there, and I’m here to filter it out!  You’ll find some of my own work on here, as well.  Some of it may not apply to what I’m doing today; but I still leave the content up as a reminder of where I’ve been and as a reference for myself.

If you have any questions about any of my entries or have a topic about ANYTHING that you would like to see a post on, please shoot me an email!

  1. Hi
I enjoyed reading your Project Momentum training.
I have tried to find the program on a single page, but without success. Du you have a like?

    Can you recommend the program?

    1. Thank you! I recommend it for someone looking for a challenge or has a plateau to bust through. It increased my squat and my bench was going up (until I got injured due to arm wrestling a coworker). My deadlift, however, went down. Shoot your email address to me at asquattle@gmail.com and I’ll gladly send you the entire program.

  2. Awesome blog! Do you have any hints for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own website soon but I’m a
little lost on everything. Would you propose starting with a free platform like
Wordpress or go for a paid option? There are
so many options out there that I’m totally overwhelmed ..
    Any suggestions? Thanks!

    1. Thank you! Definitely go with WordPress.com, but pay the small fee to have your own URL. If you’re looking to earn a little bit of money from running ads, or affiliate marketing, you may want to go with Blogger.com. If you’re not worried about earning pennies for what you write, and simply write because it’s a passion, definitely go with WordPress.

I hope this answers your question! Please feel to reach out to me, if you would like more info.
